Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase (not including shipping/delivery time), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the circumstances. Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Shipping cost of the returned item is to be covered by the buyer. We take customer service very seriously. We encourage you to contact us by email before you return your order. We’ll ensure we explore all the options and do everything within our power to meet your satisfaction.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product is damaged or was advertised incorrectly on our website, it may be returned for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If denied (either because the item has been worn or washed) we will ship the item back to you.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds may take a few days to show up in your account after we’ve approved them. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you order a size specific product and it doesn’t fit it is possible to get it replaced for a better fit.
If we sent you the wrong size then we will swap it out at no cost to you.
If you ordered the incorrect size we will ask you to pay for the shipping required to replace the product.
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
